Warranty, Returns and Cancellation Conditions

At Quasar DP, we are very proud of our products and our main goal is your satisfaction.

Quasar DP writing instruments are guaranteed against mechanical failure due to material defects and must be returned within 7 days of receipt.

Quasar DP will, at its discretion, repair or replace any product with manufacturing defects once received by our repair department.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by reasons other than material or manufacturing defects (including mines), nor damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or handling or repairs not performed by anyone other than the Quasar DP repair department.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including scratches, or refills of any kind.
Claims for breakage or damage sustained during transport must be documented with a written copy of the claim submitted upon receipt to the responsible shipping company, detailing the damage to the packaging and its contents.

For this warranty to apply, the purchase must have been made from an authorized dealer, and the corresponding invoice must be presented, showing the item's batch number.
Only authentic Quasar DP products will be guaranteed.

The customer is responsible for packaging and shipping the returned product.
Quasar DP will not be responsible for items that are lost or damaged due to improper packaging.

Order cancellation

The customer has the right to cancel any order placed with Quasar Detectable Products and receive a refund, provided it is done within 7 days of receipt, thus exercising their right of withdrawal.

If the order has already been processed and shipped, the customer must wait until they receive the merchandise and then return it.
In this case, the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Return or exchange of a product

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the product in its original condition (wrapping, boxes, etc. in perfect condition) within 7 days of receipt, provided the product is kept in perfect condition and, to the extent possible, in its original packaging.

We will refund the full purchase price.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

For your own protection, we advise you to use a shipping method that guarantees the integrity of the products.
The return shipping costs are your responsibility.
The return processing time is typically between 7 and 14 days.



Wrong or defective product

If you have received an incorrect or defective product, please contact us, including the order number, product details, and the reason for the return.
You have 7 business days from receipt of the order to process the return.

Return shipping costs in the event of a product error or defect are borne by Quasar Detectable Products.
Once the product has been verified at our facilities, we will ship the correct item or replace it.

Please note that if any defect caused by misuse or wear of the product is detected, Quasar DP reserves the right to refuse the return.
