Our knives are manufactured from molybdenum vanadium steel blades, a material renowned for its high durability and wear resistance. In addition, they have detectable polymer handles, allowing them to be identified by metal detectors and visible in X-Ray equipment. This minimises risks and ensures safety in food processing.
